About us

Circle Medical Services is part of Circle Specialist Services Ltd and was set up as a separate division to focus on providing high quality, specialist support within the public sector, with a primary focus on the healthcare sector. We have and continue to work with hospital trusts, the central bodies within the NHS, ICBs, Associate NHS organisations, as well as LGPS and MyCSP.

Since inception it has offered support to over 75,000 NHS staff. This is mainly due to the innovative intranet based pension portal called the Pension Support Service. We have also designed additional features and services to provide support to groups and individuals.

We are a Team with exceptional levels of expertise in the NHS Pension and a depth of knowledge in the other Public Sector pensions. This enables us to provide a level of service and support to organisations and individuals that we feel is unrivalled in the UK.

Our Specialist team has experience and knowledge spanning over a combined 50 years helping many members of the NHS, from Facilities Staff to Trust Chief
Executives and ex-executives at the highest level of the NHS Leadership Team. The division has an in-depth knowledge of the impact that pension changes, promotions and retirement, redundancy and re-deployment can have on the individual and the organisation.

We have a proven track record in being called upon by current and associate members of the NHS and other Public Sector Bodies to manage strategic organisational change.
